This equipment is used to ignite the engine exhaust measurement, measurement object for the discharge of exhaust HC, CO, CO2, O2, and NO concentration.The technical requirements of the specifications, features, and performance of the equipment meets the GB18285, JJG688 related provisions, the detection accuracy level reached 00. Applicable to a simple transient conditions (Vmas) and steady-state conditions (ASM) system equipment for measurement of HJ/T290, and HJ/T291 condition equipment and technology required to meet the special five gas analysis instruments.

 

▣ The device uses the non-dispersive infrared absorption principle (NDIR) the use of imported the HORIBA optical platform measuring CO, HC, CO2 concentration; using electrochemical sensors measuring O2, NO concentration.

▣ Standard equipped with temperature and humidity, speed, oil temperature interface measurable environmental temperature and humidity, engine speed and oil temperature.

▣ The device comes standard with RS232 interface, to facilitate detection line networking, data transfer and print statements.

▣ The sampling channel loading filtration system, efficient separation of oil, water and impurities in the exhaust; pipeline back wash technology, automatic cleaning sampling pipes; detection requirements from the sample gas sampling channels into line with the high-precision sampling platform, in order to ensure measurement accuracy and stability.
